In response to the unprecedented statewide fiscal crisis and judicial branch budget reductions, the Judicial Council of California has approved the closure of all state courts on the third Wednesday of each month, from September 2009 through June 2010.

The Superior Court of Colusa County will be closed:

• September 16, 2009
• October 21, 2009
• November 18, 2009
• December 16, 2009
• January 20, 2010
• February 17, 2010
• March 17, 2010
• April 21, 2010
• May 19, 2010
• June 16, 2010

Please use the designated drop box in the lobby for filing papers with the Clerk’s office. Papers deposited in the drop box on these days will be deemed filed on the next day the court is open for business.
